WHAT WENT DOWN
Catherine + Ben threw the kind of wedding that had us leaving a long work day feeling energized. They love each other so much, its the kind of love that just makes you happy to encounter. And thus, they hosted a very untraditional wedding day which made for the most authentic wedding video!
We started the day in Brooklyn for Catherine + Ben’s first look at the iconic Granite Prospect at Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo. Aside from the unbelievable views of the Manhattan skyline + the Brooklyn Bridge, these granite steps boast a bit of Brooklyn history as they were salvaged from the Roosevelt Island Bridge reconstruction.
Then we took a party bus over to 501 Union for the wedding ceremony & reception! My favorite part of the day was getting to eat a lobster roll from Red Hook Lobster Pound and tacos from El Toro Rojo for dinner because they decided to swap a formal dinner for FOOD TRUCKS 🙂 And… cotton candy for dessert! Needless to say, we were honored to be Catherine + Ben’s Brooklyn wedding videographers!
